Everything is fine. Kateryna studies and practices in US now and so I do my business. I appreciate your work and support last year in Melbourne. Under the circumstances of limited time and mass media pressure your team and you could prepare and use qualified defense and professionally prepared all documents for the statement in Melbourne court and FINA disciplinary committee.
FINA was not prepared to such high level defense. And it forced them to make a decision opposite to their first one. The value of the three days work was so huge that only some FINA disciplinary committee participants interests in this case did not give us the opportunity to withdraw charges in that day. But correct and high level professional work of preparation appeal documents
and right defense in CSA, Lausanne Switzerland in September 2007 led us to satisfactory CAS decision.
